Company Policies

Returns

WST&S will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must be in the original packaging and in good condition. Returns of special orders will be handled on a case by case basis and may or may not be accepted. Restocking charges may apply.

We must be notified within 2 business days in the event of damaged materials. If possible, please inspect all material at the time of delivery and note any damage on your delivery ticket. In the event of damage during transit by an outside freight carrier, please call us immediately. If possible, take pictures as this makes the process considerable easier. In any event, we will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Freight charges are not refundable. The Customer is responsible for any return freight.

Orders

Western States Tool & Supply Corp. reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In certain cases, we will offer a substitution for an out of stock item if the lead time for that item is deemed too lengthy. We will notify the customer prior to shipment however to allow them the opportunity to refuse the substitution. Our goal is, and has always been, to satisfy the customer.

Your privacy is important to us. Western States Tool & Supply Corp. will never share your personal information with any outside company. Occasionally we will send out information on sales, promotions, or important news which could be beneficial to you.
